I’m Lisa Levy, and I’ve been actively trading in real estate since 2003. Over the years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers through every kind of market and every kind of situation, from exciting first purchases, to major life changes, to complex negotiations where the details matter most.
Before real estate, I studied economics at York University (and played on the women’s hockey team), then completed post-grad studies in Sports Administration at Durham College. That path led me into sports marketing with Nike, and those skills in marketing, financial decision-making, and competition naturally carried into real estate.
What clients appreciate most is that I’m calm under pressure, solutions-focused (especially in challenging deals), a strong and efficient negotiator, and always honest, thorough, and organized. I’m proud to be from Port Perry and have a strong grasp of the Durham markets. When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my two daughters, Kelly and Cameron.
